# Access to services

On February 25, 2026, Unstructured stopped providing access to its services in specific locales, to
customers enrolled in Unstructured's **Let's Go**, **Pay-As-You-Go**, and **Business SaaS** account plans.
Unstructured made this decision after careful review, determining that the compliance and regulatory
requirements associated with continuing to operate in these locales were no longer sustainable relative to
the locales' usage and revenue levels at the time of the decision.

You can continue to access Unstructured in the following locales:

* Austria
* Australia
* Belgium
* Bulgaria
* Canada
* Cyprus
* Czech Republic
* Germany
* Denmark
* Estonia
* Spain
* Finland
* France
* United Kingdom
* Greece
* Croatia
* Hungary
* Ireland
* India
* Italy
* Japan
* Republic of Korea
* Lithuania
* Luxembourg
* Latvia
* Malta
* Netherlands
* Norway
* Poland
* Portugal
* Romania
* Sweden
* Singapore
* Slovenia
* Slovakia
* United States of America

After February 25, 2026, organizations with large-scale needs located outside the previously listed locales may be able to continue accessing Unstructured through a
signed Unstructured **Business** account agreement, covering **Business SaaS**, **dedicated instance** , or **in-VPC** deployments
that addresses the applicable compliance and regulatory requirements. If you are interested
