Usage and billing calculations
Your invoice is calculated and billed by Unstructured each calendar month based on the following usage:- The first 15,000 pages processed by Transform are not billed.
- After the first 15,000 pages and up to 115,000 pages, each page is billed at $0.03 per page, up to a maximum of $3,000 for this set of pages.
- After 115,000 pages and up to 1,000,000 pages, no additional charges are billed for this set of pages.
- After 1,000,000 pages, billing resumes, with each page after the first million billed at $0.03 per page.
| Pages processed per month | What you pay for these pages |
|---|---|
| 1 - 15,000 | Nothing |
| 15,001 - 115,000 | $0.03 per page, up to a maximum of $3,000 |
| 115,000 - 1,000,000 | Nothing |
| 1,000,000+ | $0.03 per page |
- Your page counter resets to zero at the beginning of the first day of each month. No page counts are carried over from month to month.
- After Transform has processed your first 15,000 pages during the current month, any processing requests after that will begin failing unless you have upgraded to a Pay-As-You-Go plan.
- If you have not upgraded, you will be notified when at least 90% of these 15,000 pages (which is 13,500 pages) have been processed for the current month. After 15,000 pages have been processed for the current month, you must wait until the first day of the next month to begin making processing requests again. Learn how to upgrade.

How pages are determined
Unstructured calculates a page as follows:- For these file types, a page is a page, slide, or image:
.pdf,.pptx, and.tiff. - For
.docxfiles that have page metadata, Unstructured calculates the number of pages based on that metadata. - For all other file types, Unstructured calculates the number of pages as the file’s size divided by 100 KB.
- For non-file data, Unstructured calculates a page as 100 KB of incoming data to be processed.
